A 2 bedroom terrace self-catering holiday house built in 1986, located in Poole’s Baiter Park within the Poole Harbour area. The house is a very short walk from Poole Quay with all its restaurants and bars and a short drive from the many Poole and Bournemouth beaches.
The house is an ideal retreat for young or older couples as well as family’s.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard. The kitchen has - Cooker, Dishwasher, Washer, Fridge, freezer, Microwave etc. The lounge/dining area has two 2-seater leather sofas, a folding dining table & 4 chairs. A 36” TV with DVD. A door leads to a small private paved patio area with table & chairs and a reserved parking space or space to keep a small boat or sailboard, with the public launching ramp very close by.
There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two singles. A Z-bed can be provided on request.
The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.
